The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Made-to-order items or those that have been used, damaged, or corroded.
- Items that are more than 60 days old from the date of invoice.
- Items with opened packaging, broken seals, alterations, markings, or scribblings.
- Items that do not match the article box label description.
- Items that do not adhere to the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and packing unit, including broken quantities/packages
Delivery/Shipping Policy
- All our deliveries are dispatched from GTA’s warehouse or production sites on an Ex-Works basis (EXW, Incoterms 2010), unless a different term is mutually agreed upon.
- Delivery and performance periods start from the day our acceptance is received by the customer, unless a different agreement is in place. Delivery dates and periods are binding only if confirmed by us in writing.
- Deadlines are deemed met if the goods are delivered to the customer before the deadline expires, in accordance with EXW (Incoterms 2010) or other agreed Incoterms.
- On stock items shall be arranged for delivery/collection within 1 – 3 days for clients within the UAE, depending on item availability and subject to prior sales, after payment is received.
- We are not liable for delivery impossibility or delays caused by force majeure or unforeseeable events at the time of contract conclusion (such as operational disruptions, transport delays, strikes, legal lockouts, labor, raw material or energy shortages, difficulties in obtaining necessary official permits, government measures, or late or incomplete deliveries from suppliers), for which we are not responsible. In such events, we will promptly inform the customer. If the force majeure event continues for more than six weeks, either party may withdraw from the contract.
- In the event of a delay in the delivery of goods caused by us, we will make reasonable efforts to deliver the goods as soon as possible.
